These Terms of Use govern your use of Demi's artificial intelligence tools and services (“Platform Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

The Platform Services are for informational purposes and do not substitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

2. Human Contributors

Some AI personalities may be inspired by real people. However, those individuals do not bear liability for AI-generated responses.

3. Input and Output

By using the Services:

  • You agree to provide lawful Input.
  • You grant Demi a worldwide, irrevocable license to use Input and Output to improve Services.
  • You acknowledge that Output may be inaccurate or inappropriate and must be evaluated before use.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Services unlawfully
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services
  • Bypass access controls
  • Represent Output as human-generated when it is not
  • Use Output to train competing models

5. Access and Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from reliance on Output
  • Errors, delays, or omissions
  • Any damages, including indirect or consequential damages

8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the Province of Ontario. You agree to:

  • Attempt informal resolution first
  • Waive class actions and jury trials
  • Submit arbitration to the Canadian Arbitration Association, seated in Kitchener, Ontario

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
